The entrance fee is 100 Euros, and 1.8% of that will be subtracted from your demo account for commission.
All that is virtual money of course, which means you pay no real money and you earn no real money.
You may keep both accounts, but in the Demo mode the suffix '-demo' will be added after your chosen Username below (for instance, if you choose 'player' as your username, in Demo mode you will appear as 'player-demo')
